yep...there goes my heart, so disappointed in the POP talent showcase ytd... i dun think innovians' talents are as much...which means the concert was a no-no.... not to b bias, but with the standard, i think my grp should make it for the pop talent showcase loh...i tell u why...x(
stly, the dj sucked...his songs is so old and hipless(as in not hip at all)...sound system was well, good though...
ndly, all the contestants dunnoe how to use microphone and i pity all the audience ears...our ear drums were nearly broken ba i guess...rilly waste my 3 hours...exposing myself 'voluntarily' to noise pollution...x(
rdly, let's talk bout the group performance...1st one is the trouble clef(with accidentally in love and obviously), they are actually not bad but the background singers ruin the song....haiz...wasted...then the FOD(holiday and church on sunday) their music are superb but then the singer break his voice...mayb he thot rock band is supposed to be tt way ba..haha...actually he got quite a nice voice lar...then last but not least there is the duet...it's so bad lar...they sound so badly pitched lar...i mean my grp may not sing well but im sure we wont make such mistake lor...plus, their choice of songs are those very hard songs like the breaking free from HSM, they practically cant get the pitch lar...i may b mean but they rilly make fool of themselves lar...they even dare to sing there can b miracles from whitney houston n mariah carey...that's like only pro can sing lar...and again they embarassed themselves... i mean it's good to challenge urself to join such event but u also need to b realistic mah...if u got chosen and u noe u are not tt good, cant u just choose some easy songs tt u can do well instead of those very difficult songs and u end up squeeching ur voice n lose ur face.??
thly, the soloist...naseha,1st runner up(Torn) was good... i like her vocal but she lack of feeling in her singing...nice performance though...baizhensiang...he's unexpected...lolx...i mean u wont know he sings...he's gd, but a bit problem with pitching...a lot of feelings being put in his song...i'd say his performance touch me the most...x) way to go...then got taufik(freedom), he got the third, i guess bcos of his votes ba...i think baizhensiang shd get 3rd lor...he's gd, lack of supporters ba...x/ there's alot soloists , so let's just go thru fast, siao ai(beautiful disaster),she's another girl with gd voice, but a victim to wrong choice of song...x( then royston (like a rose), the winner...but he didnt sing very well on that day...dunnoe why also... i mean he didnt got much problem singing, but then he sounded weird...anw, lisa says he's good, so ok lar...haha...oh ya...a special note abt Geraldine(when there's was me and u), she didnt win but i think she is good too...as she can sing the song well and easily...salute...x) ok let's talk bout bad ones...there is this girl who looked like tunasususila(in indo, abit rude)..with her thick makeup, she looked so old lar..i think i shall stop here..
